Midlife often arrives as a quiet realization that life feels different than it used to
Many women in midlife describe feeling stuck, not because something is wrong, but because their priorities, energy, and desires have changed. There’s more time, more awareness, and a growing sense that the old goals no longer fully fit.
I believe midlife isn’t a crisis to fix. It’s a moment to pause, get honest, and imagine what could come next...with intention and support.
I work with midlife women who are navigating shifts in identity, direction, relationships, work, and how they want to spend their time and energy now.
What led me to coaching...
My own path has included more than one career and more than one season of questioning what was next.
I began my career in education, later moved into nursing, and spent decades working in roles centered on care, responsibility, and service. Along the way, I experienced firsthand what it feels like to outgrow a role that once made sense, and to feel unsure about what should come next.
When I discovered coaching, it felt like a natural integration of my experience supporting others through change. It offered a way to help women think clearly, trust themselves again, and move forward with intention rather than impulse.
A few things shape how I work:
I believe feeling “stuck” is often a sign of growth, not failure
I value spaciousness and thoughtful decision-making over urgency, but I also believe in taking action
I’m deeply curious about how women redefine themselves in midlife
Not All Coaches Are The Same
My role isn’t to tell you what to do or rush you into a big decision.
I offer a steady, thoughtful space to:
untangle what’s keeping you stuck
reconnect with what matters to you now
make career and life decisions you feel confident standing behind
take action with support and accountability
This work is about clarity and intentional action, so change doesn’t stay stuck in your head.
